We guarantee you will be happy with our repairs and in the unlikely event you are not, we will not invoice you. We always advise the customer before we carry out any repair if there is likely to be any problems. It is then up to you if you would like us to go ahead.

I was really pleased with how well you managed to fix it. With car only being 6 months old it was frustrating to get a dent like that, and it's great to have the bodywork looking new again. Far better than paying the £300 the dealer quoted!

Dear Alan,

I am writing to compliment you on your skill and workmanship and to say how pleased I am with your repair - the removal of quite serious rippled dents in the rear passenger door of my car, (Vauxhall Astra) I am reckoned to be something of a perfectionist, and I can only wonder how you managed to remove the dents without damage to the paintwork and consequently make the repair to the door impossible to see.
